About This Project
Ausgrid had provided DS&P with a colourised point cloud of their sub-transmission electrical substation in Willoughby. Showing our flexibility and embracing collaboration, DS&P were able to adopt this existing data and coordinate system to produce a survey accurate and georeferenced BIM model of the important asset for ongoing maintenance and planning.
We were further able to adjust the level of detail of the substation and even individual electrical fittings to suit a bespoke deliverable. LOD in models can be modified to suit the needs of the end user.
