About This Project
DSP was invited to tender alongside CCG Architects for the upgrade and replacement of elevators and escalators at six Sydney train stations: Liverpool, Mount Druitt, Parramatta, Rockdale, St Marys, and Wyong. Our survey team conducted detailed site assessments, accessing lift shafts, pits, sumps, and motor rooms to gather precise spatial data.

Outcome
The Result
Utilizing the Trimble X7 laser scanner, we efficiently captured comprehensive 3D survey data within the tight time constraints of these busy, operational stations. The data was then extrapolated into digital BIM models, providing an accurate foundation for the architects to design the proposed upgrades with confidence and precision.
